Weight Loss

There are two factors to weight loss. One is diet, and the other is exercise.

Diet has to do with what goes into your body.

Exercise has to do with what goes out of your body.

The rule here is that eating poorly will collect fat in your body, clog the veins, render the organs unworkable, and so on.

Exercising will correct these conditions.

And, of course, the quality of what you eat, and the degree (and quality) of exercise will reflect on the condition of your body.

The basic four conditions of the body go like this:

1) Eat poorly and don’t exercise =  the body becomes immobile and has health problems.

2) Eat poorly and exercise =  the body is mobile, but you will still encounter health problems.

3) Eat well and don’t exercise = the body becomes immobile and has health problems.

4) Eat well and exercise = the body is fit, healthy, mobile, and a pleasure to be in.

So you can see there are going to be varying results for eating and exercise habits, but there is one optimum. The best optimum results from eating the correct foods in the proper proportions, and doing the best exercise.

And, the best exercise is Yogata. The reason for this is Yogata exercises every muscle of the body, and in the proper amount and proportion. This is a scientific fact based upon the potential X, Y and Z axis of the body parts, and all the body parts in relation to one another. This works all the muscles, which hits all the trigger points, which activates the nervous system, which cleans all organs.

Now, that all said, let me make a couple of important points.

There is much data on weight loss, but much of it is false, or skewed to vested interest, and so on. There are diets having to do with the seasons, mixes of proteins/carbs/whatever, the color of the food, or whatever.

The one thing that happens, when people sell you weight loss programs is that they show you food. Watch Jenny Craig or Weight Watchers, for instance, they tell you you will lose weight, and then they flash pictures of all these delicious foods at you. Obviously, they don’t want you to lose weight; they don’t want to lose their ‘victims.’ They want you in a  food mindset. That is your addiction, and they wish to exploit it.

When you do Yogata you detox your body, you clean out the system, and you start with a blank slate: you lose your cravings. This means that you can choose foods that you haven’t been programmed with, and you can really start to fix your body.

Thank you.
