2 Intermediate Yoga Poses

Ready for the Next Step in Yoga Postures

 If you have done the basic yoga poses, here are some more yoga poses. These poses will be a little more difficult, but not much. Yoga, after all, should be done on a light slope, little steps up the mountain. No matter how steep the mountain, a small step can make it easy to climb.

Each page, of course, will include such useful tidbits as:

    • illustrations of each pose
    • the purpose of each pose
    • beginner instructions
    • advanced instructions
    • health benefits
