Tough Yoga Love!
While I am not a contortionist, I do believe in pushing the limits, striking that pose that pulls out more balance, more strength, more calmness of mind and clarification of thought and…and whatever else one can eke out of one’s personal development. So in this section we will be looking for those poses that go just a little further.

Now be careful when you do these poses, make sure you are warmed up, stretched out, and don’t go forcing yourself into a pulled muscle or some such silliness.
